Starting a return

If you need to request a return, contact WildStudio support with your order reference, account email, product name, reason for return, and any relevant photos.

Return eligibility depends on the product type, condition, fulfilment provider, and whether the item was custom-made, worn, damaged, or used.

Condition of returned items

Items generally need to be unused, clean, and in their original condition where possible.

WildStudio may refuse a return if the item has been worn, damaged after delivery, altered, washed, or returned without enough order information.

Custom or limited items

Some custom, limited release, made-to-order, or supplier-fulfilled products may not be eligible for standard returns unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
