Refund eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the product, order status, fulfilment provider, and reason for the request.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or materially different from the product listing, contact support with your order reference and photos as soon as possible.

Change of mind

Change-of-mind refund requests may not be accepted for custom, limited release, made-to-order, digital, or supplier-fulfilled products.

Where a refund is approved, the refund method and timing may depend on the payment provider and fulfilment status.
